Assayratings

One letter grade for the gap between what a token promises and what its blockchain proves.

Assay reads a project's own claims — “liquidity locked”, “ownership renounced”, “supply is fixed” — and checks each one against live chain state. The grade measures whether a token can betray you in ways it hasn't disclosed. It is not investment advice, and it does not predict price.

Scores are computed by the published methodology from on-chain evidence. No issuer ever pays for a score. Every grade change is on the public record.

GradeTokenTrust modelCoverageLiquidity

A grade marked Provisional belongs to a token younger than 12 months — trust needs time, and no token can earn an A on day one. ● full / ◐ partial / ○ thin marks how much of the methodology could run against available data. Missing data lowers coverage, never the score.

How to read an Assay grade

B means “you will not be robbed by mechanism.” It does not mean “number go up.” A memecoin that promises nothing and hides nothing can outscore a serious-looking project that lies — that is deliberate. Every grade carries a Trust Model badge (Code-Enforced / Governance-Gated / Custodial / Discretionary) telling you what kind of trust you are extending, and hard caps make the fatal defects non-negotiable: a token with an EOA-callable mint function grades F no matter how beautiful its documentation is.

Dimension weights, anchors, the full cap table, and the changelog are public: the methodology. Disagree with a factual finding? Use the dispute process — corrections are published.
